Collecting make-up should be a hobby. It’s amazing how easy it is to acquire a drawer full of makeup over the years of impulse buys and life’s beauty emergencies. Applying eyeshadow or lipstick is probably not a priority for most moms, but a few minutes of makeup can make you look and feel better. My staples are eye shadow, mascara and nude lipstick. I find make-up sets especially convenient – sort of a one-stop-shop experience. While some colors may never get used, it’s nice having the options, and added blush or lipstick make it easy to take with you on a trip.
