This seafood pasta is a quick dinner for the entire family and thanks to quick cooking times, you can put it together in less than 30 minutes. Shrimp, crab and angel hair pasta along with a few other ingredients make a tasty combination.
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 1 medium onion
- 3-5 medium mushrooms
- 12 shrimps
- Package of crab meat
- Box of Pasta (angel hair works well)
- Tomato-based pasta sauce
- Sweet Paprika
- Garlic Powder
- Fresh dill (a bunch)
- Salt/pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Dice the onion and brown on the skillet with some olive oil
2. Add 3-5 mushrooms cut in small cubes
3. Keep stirring for 3 minutes on medium heat. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder.
4. Get the pasta pot ready, fill up with water and put on high heat to boil.
5. Wash shrimp and cut in small 1-inch pieces, remove the tail if on.
6. Keep stirring for 3 minutes on medium heat.
7. Cut up crab meat in small chunks and add to skillet along with Paprika
8. Once pasta pot water starts boiling, salt the water and add the pasta
9. Add 2 table spoons of pasta sauce to the shrimp mixture along with some cut up fresh dill. Stir and continue cooking on low heat for a few more minutes.
10. Heat up a cup of pasta sauce to go with the pasta.
11. Once pasta is ready, put some on the bottom of each plate. Place the seafood mixture on top of the pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if you like.
Ready in less than 30 minutes and oh so easy! Serve with peas or any other veggies.
