Salsa Chicken recipe

salsa chicken This salsa chicken is one dish that requires minimal effort but is big on flavor. The salsa absorbs into the chicken giving it a really soft juice texture and adding a kick. Pick the salsa that you like to taste – in other words, if you can’t handle spicy foods, pick a milder salsa. You can also substitute lemon with lime and add cilantro for a more Mexican touch to this salsa chicken. Try this recipe with our Zesty Guacamole.

  • 4 pieces boneless chicken breast
  • 1 medium jar chunky salsa, medium to spicy
